Hemorrhoid (BAWASIRI in Swahili) Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the lowest part of your rectum and anus. Sometimes the walls of these blood vessels stretch so thin that the veins bulge  and get irritated, especially when you poop.Swollen hemorrhoids are also called piles. According to the JKT statistics on the youth to whom medical examinations was done prior to the entry in the training in 2015 four youth were found with hemorrhoid and in 2016 six were found and both of them were treated and healed. This indicates that this problem is very serious especially to the current generation where diet is well considered.

The theory of sliding anal canal lining this proposes that hemorrhoids develop when the supporting tissues of the anal cushions disintegrate or deteriorate. Hemorrhoids are therefore the pathological term to describe the abnormal downward displacement of the anal cushions causing venous dilatation. There are typically three major anal cushions, located in the right anterior, right posterior and left lateral aspect of the anal canal, and various numbers of minor cushions lying between them.

The actual cause of hemorrhoids is not known. Few of the earliest proposed cause include temperament, body habits, customs, passions, sedentary ltight-laced clothes, climate, and seasons. Hemorrhoids are common in patients with spinal-cord injuries, constipation, chronic diarrhea, poor bathroom habits, postponing bowel movements and a poor-fiber diet are also considered to be contributing causes. By recent studies implicate gravity intrinsic weakness of the blood vessel wall, heredity, genetic predisposition, increased intra-abdominal pressure from many causes, including prolonged forceful valsalva defecation, obstruction of venous outflow secondary to pregnancy, and constipated stool in the rectal ampulla. Alcoholic cirrhosis or other causes of portal obstruction can cause severe hemorrhoids. More rarely but much more importantly, haemorrhoids may reflect collateral anastomotic channels that develop as a result of portal hypertension. A haemorrhoid is a common discomfort that is getting worse by prolonging immediate treatment, in the adult, which directly affect the economy. Apart form the prominent symptoms of bleeding and pain; colonoscopy and proctoscopy give the correct state of condition. Non-operative treatment methods are used for the patients with the first second and third degree hemorrhoids; very few patients with fourth degree haemorrhoids need surgery call treatment. As in case of every disease prevention is the best common treatment, haemorrhoids can also be reduced by changes in life style, diet habit.
Hemorrhoids have several treatment modalities and diagnosis . In initial stages conservative treatments can be applied, but over a period when the hemorrhoids get worst, the disease should be treated by several non-operative treatments like, Sclerotherapy, rubber bend ligation, infrared photocoagulation, cryotherapy, bipolar diathermy, and direct-current electrotherapy. When hemorrhoids cannot be addressed by non-surgical treatment, normal or alternative method like surgical methods is applied .The natural evolution of hemorrhoids is benign but hemorrhoids tend to get worse over time, and it should be treated as soon as it occurs. The best treatment is always prevention. Despite thousands of years and millions of patients with pain, discomfort and perceived embarrassment of hemorrhoids, exact natural cause of hemorrhoids is yet not clear so slandered treatment are, at best.VITA VIVENDA

Epigenetic inheritance is an unconventional finding that is observed to be moving over a generation called intergenerational momentum. It goes against the idea that inheritance happens only through the DNA code that passes from parent to offspring. It means that a parent's experiences, in the form of epigenetic tags, can be passed down to future generations. With this you can see poverty cycle through one family ,being illiterate to one family just because of the environmental factors which makes epigenetic marks. As unconventional as it may be, there is little doubt that epigenetic inheritance is real. In fact, it explains some strange patterns of inheritance geneticists have been puzzling over for decades. Epigenetic marks silence certain gene sequences and activate others so that nascent cells can differentiate. If the marks don't work properly, cancer or cell death is possible. Stressors like a rich diet can activate epigenetic marks, modifying histones or adding methyl groups to DNA strands. These changes can turn genes on or off and may affect what gets passed down to your offspring. If you overstimulated genes for, say, obesity or a shortened life span, your kids can inherit these over activated sequences. That could mean a lifetime of battling unfavorable gene expression. This shows how Africa is still not moving forward since the environment which we create for the current generation makes them to be inferior always and not constructive minded as there is an heritable gene which has been influenced by the environment exposed hence will still move on what Robert kiyosaki called rat race .Let us build an environment to this generation with empowered confidence and ability so that we can create Africa free from mentality colonization and being industrialized not from coping technology from others. Welcome again my colleagues on this platform Bill Meyer said every thought is a seed .if you plant crab apples ,don’t count on harvesting golden delicious, today I will point out on those important figures in life which are not appreciated not known by many of us that they require our acknowledgement. As the rain fall from the sky on the loosely sand or gravels it does leave the gullies on a long time falling to ground. An intangible entity ,that is always under a suppressive underground weeping which can’t be seen till it forms gullies and there a remarkable is shown with a tangible painful outcomes. Let me point out to a student who commit suicide on graduation without knowing that her parents toiled a lot to pay her school fee with exception of their poor condition .She did so after discovering that her boyfriend had the other woman , that fact is, she makes love be to the one who hasn’t contributed anything to her life progress .To us it also play the same many time when are parents inquire for our assistant especially when money is involved we hesitate but when it comes to our lovers we even don’t scrutinize of that. We are all called to recognize all those who are exerting their efforts to our progress ,,to be interested in the changing session is a happier state of mind than to be hopelessly in love with springs George Santayana.So lets us have hard rocks on the scape ,lets not cause others weep because we don’t appreciate their love and contributions ,lets us not making them weep a valley hence a gully .vita vivenda

Where is our intellect?

It is a friction of a moment which can change the whole reputation of one personality if at all not protected thus failure comes only when we forget our ideals and objectives and principles as well. Thus time seemed to be an important entity to consider in life if at all once life and personality is considered. As I was observing in the social medias nowadays there are a lot of intuitive matters that are not ethical and are shared mostly in those media without even considering the facts of once personality simply we can say the world is now cherishing into swallowing what has been chewed by others,like political and nude pictures which are just shared without even scrutinizing the impact on our personality is our intellect working or we swallow what others have chewed for us last time I received some pictures showing girls with shapes and called CHURA  and people were sharing them into more groups more over I saw some writings which changed the scenario of sugar scarcity in Tanzania to mean that those beautiful girls are also hiding sugar where is our intellect if at all we share this things without considering their impacts to us.As it is said that “to overcome evil with good is good, to resist evil by evil is evil by Prophet Mohamed. What we can all advocate is that we are sometimes slave of our own decision which optic for something then seeing the impact we regret so why can we still be slaves of own decisions ,those who stand for nothing fall for anything by alexander himilton.People become successful the minute they decide to and stand on that decision but using and exploring their intellect in their opt or choice as It is said to be a champion You have to believe in yourself when nobody else will .let us not swallow what the world has chewed for us analysis is recommended when at all we are indulge into using social medias.Vita vivenda.
