Industrialized Tanzania are we prepared for Externalities?

Industrialized Tanzania are we prepared for Externalities?

The government of Tanzania is fostering into directing all the efforts and energy into making the country to bear a sphere of being industrialized but to the other scope of the agenda the externality on the state I don’t think if it been considered especially on public health corners affairs. To clear this doubt I would like to invite you my colleague to join hand with me in this discussion.
The industrial sector of Tanzania is comprised of manufacturing (53%), processing (43%), and assembling industries (4%). The manufacturing sector in Tanzania consists mainly of food processing (24%), textiles and clothing (10%), chemicals (8.5%), and others. But according to Tanzania Development vision (TDC) Tanzania aims to become a semi-industrialized country by 2025, for which the contribution of manufacturing to the national economy must reach a minimum of 40% of the GDP. That sound nice and require a kind of applause to the sector for aspiring such great achievement to the economy.
But on the other side of the coin the government is fixing a lot of effort in achieving this and the President is push to make all the affairs possible in reaching what we aspire. On scrutinizing the scenario I view this in the other side that Tanzania is still facing a great challenge with Liquid waste management as well as solid waste to some of the places now having increased number industries and their production without considering the protected areas as well as improvement plus effective means for waste management will make us to be against the sustainable development policy for Tanzania (SIDP) 2020 of which was enacted to make development sustainable.
And with this there will be depriving of the people with the right to clean and health environment as it has being pointed in EMA 2004 section (4). Moreover NEMC as a council to ensure effective environmental protection and sustainable development will sometime in some situation not work effective because all the eyes are upon industrialized Tanzania regardless of the externality to the environment and the health at large.
If at all most of the product produce are non-biodegradable like plastics (PVC),which pollute the environment at large and some have chemicals in their high concentration sometimes which cause some health problems to the people ,most under this are consumed goods .Some are radioactive materials. Some industries produce smoke at large and affect the environment  like cement industries near individual residences.
We this observation I think the sensitization should not only be in making the country to be industrialized but also the quality of the industrial products to the health of the people and the consideration of the externalities which are negative for that sense to the environment as well as individuals .We need industrialized Tanzania with effective safeguarding of the health of the people and the environment at large. We live in the best of all possible worlds

“We live in the best of all possible worlds.” – Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz (1646 – 1716)

Voltaire’s famous novel Candide satirizes this optimistic view. And looking around you right now you may wonder how anyone could actually believe it. But Leibniz [wiki] believed that before creation God contemplated every possible way the universe could be and chose to create the one in which we live because it’s the best.
The principle of sufficient reason holds that for everything, there must be sufficient reason why it exists. And according to Leibniz the only sufficient reason for the world we live in is that God created it as the best possible universe. God could have created a universe in which no one ever did wrong, in which there was no human evil, but that would require humans to be deprived of the gift of free wills and thus would not be the best possible world. LIFE IS THE SCENARIO OF ANYWAY.

LIFE IS ANYWAY
The Paradoxical Commandments have been made in such a way life is seen as nothing but a scenario of anyway ,means it needs some one to be dis-minder on various affairs so as to be happy.I dont think this is right but probably  we may join hand with these paradox let go and see.

People are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered.
Love them anyway.

If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Do good anyway.

If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies.
Succeed anyway.

The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable.
Be honest and frank anyway.

The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds.
Think big anyway.

People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs.
Fight for a few underdogs anyway.

What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.

People really need help but may attack you if you do help them.
Help people anyway.

Give the world the best you have and you'll get kicked in the teeth.
Give the world the best you have anyway.

WOLBACHIA

Wolbachia

Wolbachia is a natural bacterium present in up to 60% of all the different species of insects around us, including some mosquitoes. However, it is not usually found in the Aedes aegypti mosquito, the primary species responsible for transmitting human viruses such as dengue, chikungunya, and Zika. For many years scientists have been studying Wolbachia, looking for ways to use it to potentially control the mosquitoes that spread human diseases. Our research has shown that when introduced into the Aedes aegypti mosquito, Wolbachia can stop these viruses from growing inside the mosquito and being transmitted to people. This important discovery has the potential to transform the fight against life-threatening viral diseases.Wolbachiais safe for humans, animals and the environment. It is a naturally occurring bacterium already found in the environment in many insect species. Two independent risk assessments have been conducted, both of which gave an overall risk rating of ‘negligible’ (the lowest possible rating) for the release of mosquitoes with Wolbachia.
Alternative uses of Wolbachia
Wolbachia as a means of suppressing Aedes mosquito populations. This approach involves the release of only male mosquitoes with Wolbachia. When these mosquitoes mate with wild female mosquitoes without Wolbachia, they are unable to reproduce. The technique requires the release of a large number of male mosquitoes to reduce the overall mosquito population. As with insecticides, this technique would need to be reapplied over time as the population of mosquitoes gradually returns. In contrast to this approach, the Eliminate Dengue Program is not trying to reduce the overall number of mosquitoes. Our aim is to spread Wolbachia into wild mosquito populations to reduce the ability of these mosquitoes to transmit disease. We release a smaller number of male and female mosquitoes with Wolbachia over a number of weeks and these mosquitoes then mate with the wild mosquito population. As the bacteria is passed on from generation to generation and over time, the percentage of mosquitoes carrying Wolbachia grows until it remains high without any further releases. Mosquitoes with Wolbachia are less able to transmit viruses to people, so the risk of outbreaks in those areas is reduced. Our research has shown that Wolbachia can sustain itself in mosquito populations without continual reapplication, which makes this method sustainable and cost-effective in the long-term..
